What products can be returned?

- Within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

- In original condition.

- Non-washed and unused.

- In the original packaging.

What products are non-refundable?

- Free gifts or promotional items.

Are there any costs of return?

- We charge a fee of 79 kr for returns from Sweden or Norway. Other markets we charge a fee of €15. This amount is deducted from your order refund.

- Always use the pre-paid label when returning your item(s). 

- Jim Rickey does not take responsibility for delays or lost packages.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. (If you paid extra for home delivery).

How soon will I get my refund?

- When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

How to return

Wasn't the item the way you expected it to be or would you like to change the size? Here you find information about how to return your order or to exchange your item(s). Remember, you have 30 days to decide if you want to return or to exchange your items, starting from when you received your package.

Keep in mind that it is you as the customer who is responsible for the return until we have received and registered it, so always keep your receipt for your return.

You have 30 days to decide whether you want to keep your products, starting from the time you received your package. Remember that all items sent back to us must be in their original condition, as well as all the box, tags and labels.

You can find the return-form on the back of the delivery note that accompanies your order. Fill out the return-form and add it with the item(s) you want to return, preferably in the same box in which the item was delivered, or one that holds for the mail.

The return package must be submitted to a postal agent, it must not be placed on the mailbox. If you put your return package on the mailbox, we cannot initiate an investigation / complaint if the package was damaged during transport. In such cases, we unfortunately cannot refund the order amount to you. Be sure to ask for a receipt for submitting the package.

Keep this in mind when returning / exchanging: The shoe box is part of the product, if it is not returned or damaged we will deduct 30 € from the refund.

If you want to exchange your item, you need to place a new order for the new item.

This is what you do:

1. Send an email to hello@jimrickey.com and ask for return label. Please describe why you should return. Download and fill out the return form and add it with the item(s) you want to return preferably in the same box in which it was delivered, or something that holds for the mail.


2. Close the box and tape securely.


3. Place the return shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information.


4. Deliver your package to your nearest delivery location. Remember to keep your receipt until we have registered your return.

If you like to exchange your items, place a new order on the item(s) you want to exchange to.

Refund

As soon as you receive a return confirmation to your email address, the process for your refund start.


- Debit card, within 10 banking days. The refund is made to the same account used for the purchase.


- Klarna payment. The item will be deleted from your invoice. To avoid the cleaning fee for goods you have returned, you must contact Klarna or log in to Klarna.com.


- PayPal, within 10 business days. The refund is made to the same PayPal account used for the purchase.

Claims

Should you be so unlucky to find a fault with an item purchased from our online store.
