We strongly suggest comparing these measurements to the innersole of a shoe you already own, by measuring it without pressing down.

How to Measure

Measure your feet by placing them on a flat surface with your heel against a straight edge or wall. Position a ruler next to your foot, ensuring it touches the same straight edge as your heel. Then, measure in millimeters from the tip of your longest toe to your heel to find your perfect fit in our size guide below.
